All of our products are shipped directly from our fulfillment centers in China. This allows us to offer a wide range of products at competitive prices.

Order Cancellations

  • If you wish to cancel an order after payment, contact us immediately.
  • We will try to assist, but if your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot cancel it. In that case, you may return it once received (per our return policy).

No, we only ship to United States

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

4. Will I need to pay customs duties or taxes?
Possibly. This depends on your country’s import laws. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

5. What if my order is delayed?
Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues. We will provide updates and tracking whenever possible.

6. Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Please contact us within 8 hours of placing the order. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we can update it. Once shipped, we cannot make changes.
